Longer spraying days and nights and higher spraying speeds place heavier demands on comfort and easy operation. HARDI renews the self-propelled sprayer ALPHA family with ambitious specifications in terms of better performance, reliability and driving comfort.

ALPHA evo features a fine balance between front and rear and has a low total weight giving an optimal weight/capacity ratio and high performance even under wet field conditions. Also the high ground clearance from 120 to 165 cm gives a flexible usage from low to tall crops as sweet corn and sunflowers.

HARDI EvoCab – 3 pillar design

Maximum human engineering ergonomics have been the highest priority in the design phase, large and spacious environment. The pilot can operate all spray and hydraulic functions directly from the cab with the right hand located SprayCenter and the new HC 9500 12.1’’ touch screen ISOBUS controller.

An air cooled lunch box and an extra seat to the left of the pilot support the idea of the opti-mized space this machine provides.

An extreme low sound level in the EvoCab and the automatic climate control give the sprayer pilot an optimization of the overall performance of his machine.

The new large spacious EvoCab is specifically developed by HARDI with its “3 pillar design” which provides a new standard for visibility 320 degrees around the sprayer.

The ″SprayCenter″ armrest concept

It is designed to give complete control of the machine on the long working days and nights with good ergonomics and high functionality as main scopes. Together with the HC 9500 touch screen controller, spraying information and functions as boom and drive train control are managed by the spray pilot.

Heavy duty drive train

ALPHA evo is powered by a Deutz 6 cylinder turbo TIER 3 175 HP or 210 HP diesel engine.

The hydrostatic EasyDrive transmission is further developed and gives 3 choices of driving modes - (Comfort, Normal, Power).

New heavy duty Poclain wheel motors with a more compact design and a higher efficiency.

Also the new rear suspension with an integration of the shock absorber inside one large main spring is optimizing the driving performance and reliability under difficult working conditions.

Boom alternatives up to 40 m

Most ALPHA machines are sold with the world’s most efficient application system - the TWIN FORCE boom concept up to 36 m. For conventional spraying, good alternatives are the aluminium boom up to 40 m and the FORCE boom up to 36 m.

HC 9500 -

The intelligent sprayer with fully integrated functions as AutoSectionControl – ASC and AutoHeight and the other intelligent features as AutoFill, AutoWash, AutoAgitation etc.

All functions are fully controlled from the cab and underline the level of optimization, the pilot can gain with this machine.

At the liquid system, the ALPHA evo self-propelled sprayer is equipped with a new 35 l

TurboFiller and a 410 l rinse tank.

Furthermore, a new high segment GPS technology is available as option with an electronic CAN-BUS orbitrol and TRIMBLE Ready concept to be ready for the future.

With all the developments and the renewal to the ALPHA evo line, HARDI expects to get an even stronger position towards large and exigent farms with regard to the intensive farming sector. The demand for higher performance and better economy, more precision and safety in application and fulfilling environmental rules, the ALPHA evo self-propelled sprayer is an im-portant step ahead and continues more than 35 years of experience in the self-propelled segment.
