The journey will raise money for the “Kopa ar mums” orphanage in Latvia. The target is to raise 2671 euros, or one euro for each kilometre.
Valtra manufactures tractors on the basis of individual orders. Depending on the model, hundreds of alternatives are available in terms of options and accessories, which can be combined in hundreds of thousands of ways. In practice each tractor that is manufactured at the Suolahti factory is different, tailor-made for its owner. All customers are welcome to visit the factory to watch their own tractor being built. Naturally, they are also welcome to drive their tractors home from the factory.
