On the 7th and 8th of September 2022, the international trade fair PotatoEurope will take place in Bockerode near Hanover and GRIMME will present a large number of new practical innovations and further developments.
The new two-row elevator harvester SELECT 200 will be presented with its TurboSep separator, which removes haulm very efficiently. The SELECT 200 has a road transport width of less than 3 metres and is equipped, among other things, with a stepless hydraulic drive for all main webs and a new, unique automatic axle steering system, called ActiveSteering.
The third generation of the four-row self-propelled harvester VARITRON 470 comes with a more powerful, easy-to-maintain haulm topper, new automatic functions, an optionally available bunker extension, the award-winning SmartView video system and a CCI 1200 ISOBUS operator terminal.
The EVO 280 two-row trailed bunker harvester with three separators will be demonstrated with its new 7.5 t NonstopBunker replcaing the original 6.5 t version. The new bunker allows for higher overloading height and -width, as well as increased distances between the harvester and the transport trailers.
The four-row, very versatile ridging hiller GH 4 Oeko with its special blades, that enable mechanical weed control on the ridges, will also be demonstrated.
For loading potatoes into trucks, the new store loader SL 919 with 90 cm wide and 19.5 m long conveyor belt as well as Quantum feeding conveyor, for larger swivel widths and constant low drop height, is used. In addition, a receiving hopper, the GRIMME RH 24-60 Combi with clod separator, single conveyors and the GBF box filler will be demonstrated.
Exhibited will be the new four-row cup planter PRIOS 440 with a road transport width of less than 3 metres. This machine can be coupled to the tractor with a goose neck drawbar so that a wide range of different soil tillage implements can be combined with the planter. The new "hybrid" ridge shaping device combines the advantages of a shaping board with those of a cage roller.
Furthermore, the single-row bunker harvester SE 140 and the new store loader SL 716 will be presented.
The German Agricultural Society (DLG) will present the special exhibition "Smart Potato Farming". As part of this exhibition, GRIMME will demonstrate the Harvey.ONE sweet potato harvester as well as diverse, digital solutions from GRIMME i-systems.
In order to meet the international demands of PotatoEurope, GRIMME specialists from all over the world will be available for expert advice and discussions in more than 10 languages.
