Stockerau / Harsewinkel. CLAAS will reorganise its activities on the Austrian agricultural machinery market. On 1 October 2011, the company is opening a new CLAAS Regional Centre in Stockerau, north-west of Vienna. The new centre has good transport links and is easily accessible to all of our customers in the agricultural sector. Under the leadership of Hubertus Küsters, over 20 staff will take care of sales and service for CLAAS machines in Austria, as well as in Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Jens Skifter, CLAAS Regional Director, emphasised the importance of the market and the role of the new CLAAS Regional Centre. "From here, we aim to support the agricultural machinery markets with a professional dealer network which provides local service to customers. We have managed to set up an excellent supply system for customers and machines in a very short space of time."
Furthermore, CLAAS Service & Parts GmbH has taken the initiative to ensure the best possible supply of spare parts to Austria and the other countries. General Manager Stephan Klosterkamp explains: "Effective immediately, the company will significantly increase the inventory levels of all common spare parts at selected dealers throughout the country." In addition, customers will also be able to obtain any of our spare parts overnight from the central spare parts warehouse in Hamm or from additional support centres in southern Germany. Klosterkamp continues: "We are currently planning a regional warehouse which should be operational in time for the 2012 harvest season."

Stockerau / Harsewinkel. CLAAS wird sich neu aufstellen auf dem österreichischen Landmaschinenmarkt. Bereits zum 1. Oktober 2011 startet das Unternehmen mit einem eigenen CLAAS Regionalzentrum in Stockerau nordwestlich von Wien. Das neue Zentrum liegt in verkehrsgünstiger Lage und ist für alle landwirtschaftlichen Kunden sehr gut erreichbar. Mehr als 20 Mitarbeiter werden dort unter der Leitung von Hubertus Küsters für Vertrieb und Service von CLAAS Maschinen in Österreich sowie in Slowenien, Kroatien und Bosnien-Herzegowina zuständig sein.
Jens Skifter, CLAAS Regionaldirektor, stellte die Bedeutung des Marktes und die Aufgaben des neuen CLAAS Regionalzentrums vor. „Wir wollen von hier aus kundennah mit einem professionellen Händlernetz die Landmaschinenmärkte betreuen. Es ist uns gelungen, sehr schnell eine hervorragende Versorgung der Kunden und Maschinen zu gewährleisten.“
Außerdem hat CLAAS Service & Parts GmbH die Initiative für eine bestmögliche Ersatzteilversorgung in Österreich und den weiteren Staaten ergriffen. Geschäftsführer Stephan Klosterkamp: „Ab sofort wird das Unternehmen bei seinen ausgewählten Händlern im ganzen Land die Ersatzteilbevorratung mit allen gängigen Teilen deutlich erhöhen.“ Zudem können Kunden sämtliche Ersatzteile über Nacht aus dem Zentralersatzteillager in Hamm oder über weitere Stützpunkte in Süddeutschland beziehen. Klosterkamp weiter: „Wir planen zur Zeit ein Regionallager, welches zur Ernte 2012 aktiv in Betrieb sein soll.“
