Impressions about Axiál Professional Days

The Axiál Professional Days were organized 22-24.03.2012. with  nearly 16.5 thousand registered visitors. The Axial Ltd., represented 25 domestic and foreign  machine manufacturers, exhibit about 200 kinds of machines, the latest developments and innovations.

At Axial Professional Days we can meet a lot of farmers, who haven’t done any decisions concerning to their investments yet. They will collect all the information here, and make a decision based on this. This exhibition is a very important for us too, we can see wheter we are on the right track to fulfill all the demand from the customer side.



I see Hungarian farmers constantly monitor economic developments of the recent. They are thinking in another way now. This indirectly helps our production processes, so we can measure the demand a little bit better. We are in contact continuously with the colleagues of our importers to get the latest information. It is very important for us to be able to fulfil the needs all of our customer as good as we can.



Our main products - if I look the quantities and from the point of investment - are the combines, the LEXION as well as TUCANO range still has outstanding importance. Now the farmers can speak directly to the sales people and to productmanagers to get the information that need to make their decisions.



The next very important product group is the tractors. If my estimations are correct, it still improved compared to last year. You know, this market went drastically down from 2000 tractors to 1000, and it looks that this year will be the market 1200 or more. It is only an estimation, but it will be a slight improvement. The tractors play an important role in our product offer and that is the reason why we develop new products. Our latest machine is here from the 900 series, the AXION 950. This series completes the CLAAS tractor offer and meet the needs of large farms in Hungary.



I look optimistic for this year, we aim to reach at least 50% of the sales figures of the year 2009, which was a real exception, and of course we want to stabile grow on the next years and to come closer the figures of 2009.

Konrad Schaber Regional Sales Manager – Fendt

Hungary is a very important market for us and we have to see how the development is going on in this market and how actions of Axiál work. We see here that they make here big, excellent performance. So we are satisfied with the progress and the market how it develops in Hungary for this year.



Fendt main products on the Hungarian market are the middle class tractors, between 150 and 300 hp, what we can sell very good in this year. Furthermore new developments in the middle class increases and we salute because we have also new series. For example in the new 700 series You can find excellent top cabin which gives perfect sight to all sides. These requirements are well accepted and this makes really sense and we are quite successful with it.

Andrea Leonardi, Export Area Manager– Landini

Axiál Kft. is one of Landini’s biggest partner in Europe. So for us, it is very important to show our importers that we are here and that Hungarian market is really important for us. Landini has a complete and 100% trust in Axiál Kft. because we know that they are the biggest player on the Hungarian market. We need to be with them with the best series on the best support from us.



It is my first time at Axiál Professional Days, but from now on I hope to have the opportunity to come every year because it is very important to us and Axiál Kft. also. And I have to say honestly, it is very impressive. I participated on many big open days, but I haven’t seen like this before, it is very-very well organized. So I’m very impressed and it will be a big success.



Landini is a tractor manufacturer. We have a good series in Hungary from tractors between 100 -160 hp. We try to push also the big tractors we have in our range, with more than 200 hp. And we hope that can be a success with the range we have in orchard and vineyard. They are really good products and I hope we will also succeed also with them on the Hungarian market.



2008 was a very good year, in 2009 and 2010 was some decline, but we had more selling in 2011 and we hope this year will be good again, we had a very good results by now.

 




 

 

Wojciech Rzewuski, General Manager Poland / Central Europe – Manitou

I’m responsible for Hungary as from the 1st fo January 2012. I am also responsible for Poland, Czech and Slovakia but the country I'm based in is Poland. Comparing these two markets ( Poland and Hungary ) I have to say, that Hungary is much smaller than Poland, but Axiál Kft. is selling really a lot of Manitou machines and Manitou brand is very well accepted here especially because of our dealer which is promoting our brand and products so well making an excellent service in paralell. That’s why I think we can even learn a lot from this organization and this market which is much more experience then polish one.



This is my first time at Axiál Professional Days and I’m very-very pleased when I see thousands customers coming here. It seems that this market is very potential for the future. So that’s why I wait for the opportunity to see how the business looks like in this area.



The main product here in Hungary is MLT 735 120 LSU being bestseller all over the Europe. The reason why this 7m model is the most demanded product is fact, that this machine is very strong and very reliable to handle every daily problems, daily jobs at each farms



I believe that the Hungarian market in 2012 will be better than last year even if 2011 was not bad for Manitou and for Axiál Kft. as well. I don’t think that we will reach the level of 2008 ( maybe it will happen in 2013 ) but I'm pretty convinced that the trend will be possitive. Of course year to year is changing a little bit but I think that now we will have a growing tendency. I believe that efficient politics with better organization can help farmers, hopefuly with some new subsidies what will help also companies like Manitou because all those processes are like chain and we are linked each other and we need each other.

 




 

 

Emmanuel Portier, Export Sales Engineer– Monosem

We are the French manufacturer of Monosem planter. Many planters sold by Axiál, so it is very important for us to be here, as usual. Since a long time we come to Axiál Professional Days. I’ve started to visit this event in 2007. It is very impressive as usual. I used to know the other Professional Day which was in Lajosmizse, which was also very impressive with lot of machines, show and people. A lot of farmers visit this exhibition, so Axiál Professional Days is still important in the country for farm machinery.



We are specialized of producing precision planter. This is our main product in different kind, in different size which suits to the requirements of several farms in Hungary from the small machine to the big machine. We have products for everyone.



If we take this season for maize planting, which is the main aim of our machines, we are very pleased with Axiál Kft., concerning to the different kind of machines sold here.
