As JOSKIN is willing to offer as many solutions as possible to its clients, the idea of leading this project to an independent carrying vehicle has been present since the beginning of the Cargo concept.
JOSKIN is currently working on the realization of this project that will eventually be fitted with all tools of the JOSKIN Cargo range, as well as their future evolutions.
For this first prototype, called Cargo-TRACK, JOSKIN has settled on a 100% standardized structure of a model of truck which is adapted to all agricultural grounds and the technique and product of which have proven their efficiency.
The realization of this concept of self-propelled vehicle can only be possible if two fundamental requirements for JOSKIN are met:
- An optimal standardization! Work cannot wait, the ''spare part'' is of major importance in the JOSKIN philosophy. The quality and speed of a service can only be ensured by a complete standardization of the production of the whole machine. The use of a truck of which the basis is manufactured in a standardized way makes it possible to meet this requirement. This enables JOSKIN to ensure a global service for the whole vehicle in the same spirit as for its own production.
- A production agreement enabling to complete its service on an international, or even world scale thanks to efficient logistics. This will makes it possible to ensure a quick intervention for the customers.
Through this project, JOSKIN tries to come to a multipurpose and modular self-propelled tool-carrier offering an ideal compromise between road and field.
The prototype is currently fitted with a Silo-CARGO silage box of 45M³ with 8 drive wheels, driven by a motor of 450 HP (330Kw). Its 16-speed gearbox enables to reach a speed of almost 80 km/h on the road. The rigid chassis has two front steering axles and one rear axle which is mounted on a pivot, thereby offering to the Cargo-TRACK an exceptional manoeuverability whatever the ground.
This first Cargo-TRACK has been realized in cooperation with a Dutch company specialized in this type of conversion.
