The compact all-rounder MDS from RAUCH is now also available as a weighing spreader

The single-chamber design and the comfortable, precise spreading in normal spreading and late top dressing as well as in boundary spreading make the MDS fertiliser spreaders so popular especially on small farms and for use in special crops such as wine, fruit and hops. All MDS models are now also available with an attached weighing frame. The QUANTRON-A spreading computer regulates the correct slider position while driving, depending on the driving speed and the flow characteristics of the fertiliser. A calibration test is no longer necessary.

The AERO 32.1 - A pneumatic exact fertiliser spreader paired with the MultiRate metering system

The manufacture of pneumatic fertiliser spreaders has a long tradition at RAUCH: between 1981 and 2007, the company built and sold 4,500 machines in the AERO 1012 to AERO 2224 series. "One of our most important concerns has always been to further develop our high-precision machines to meet the ever-increasing demands of optimum crop nutrition," says Wilfried Müller, Managing Director of RAUCH Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH. "With the new exact spreader, we have redefined the well-proven and achieved another milestone in forward-looking metering and distribution."

DeePot 25.1 opens up a new fertilization process with deep depot fertilization

The DeePot 25.1 for deep depot fertilization opens up new solutions in environmentally relevant fertilization for corn and vegetable farms. It is the world's first deep depot fertiliser applicator with single row metering for precise fertiliser placement in the soil, reducing ammonia, nitrous oxide emissions and nitrate leaching. The up to 25 cm deep, tubular and airtight fertiliser placement in every 2nd row promises more sustainable plant nutrition. Due to the deep placement of the fertiliser depot, corn roots grow significantly deeper and form more root mass.

Lime spreading now also with EMC control

The EMC technology from RAUCH Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH for the AXENT largearea spreader can now also be used in lime application. With the technology of the electronic mass flow control EMC, RAUCH offers a groundbreaking concept for very precise and efficient fertiliser spreading - and this for more than 20 years, in 1999 this technology was awarded with a DLG gold medal. EMC continuously measures the
torque of the spreading discs during operation and, by electronically adjusting the metering slides, enables precise application of fertilisers with a wide range of flow characteristics. This EMC control, which has been tried and tested over many years, is now also available to the RAUCH universal spreading unit of the AXENT, and thus also for lime and organic fertiliser spreading.
