Valtra launched the new T Series in Frankfurt in November last year. From the beginning it has proven to be a success story both among the dealers and customers. Deliveries started in December and the order backlog of the new T Series has been higher than ever before in the company history. “This is an important recognition for Valtra and AGCO. The fourth generation of the Valtra T Series is a completely new series with seven models ranging from 155 to 250hp. Most notably the series has got a completely new design. The new cab is stylish, quiet and spacious with excellent visibility. Driver comfort, ease of use, ergonomics and safety are on the highest level. Valtra is the only tractor brand to utilize AIRES+ pneumatic front axle suspension which gives unbeatable driving comfort. Four transmission types (HiTech, Active,Versu and Direct) guarantee customers a match for every job and all conditions. The reliable AGCO Power engine (6,6 l and 7,4 l) with SCR only, optimised turbo, EcoPower, SigmaPower and many other features result in excellent fuel efficiency, low emissions and productivity. Special attention was also paid to easy maintenance. In addition the tractor's service interval was extended to 600 hours.
Numerous customers were interviewed before and during the five years´ development project of the new series. The tractor has also undergone over 40,000 hours of testing in all conditions, both on the field and in the lab, in the Nordic cold and Southern heat. Durability, high performance, low operating costs and driver comfort were the top demands to this series from the start.
