The evaluation studies to be carried out under this particular framework contract will examine the combined impact of the relevant CAP measures on agricultural markets, income, structures and competitiveness. They will evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, relevance and European added value of policy measures in question, as appropriate.
This framework contract is part of a set of three framework contracts which together will permit analysis of the contribution of the CAP towards its three general objectives: viable food production, sustainable management of natural resources and climate action, and balanced territorial development.
The deadline for the submission of offers is 31 May 2016.
