Essen (Oldb.), May 27, 2014 – Hugo Vogelsang Maschinenbau GmbH has acquired a further cooperative partner for tillage and simultaneous liquid manure spreading in the form of Väderstad GmbH. At the liquid manure day to take place on Thursday, June 5, 2014 in Bavarian Triesdorf, Väderstad's Carrier CRX, a machine for large-area tillage, will be presented together with Vogelsang's SynCult equipment set for the very first time. Developed by Vogelsang, the expert for liquid manure technology, SynCult represents a complete set for equipping tillage units in preparation for simultaneous incorporation of liquid manure. Vogelsang has thereby expanded its partnership network in the field of liquid manure technology. Harald Vogelsang, the Managing Director of Vogelsang says: “With Väderstad, we have found another cooperative partner who is active on a global scale and who supports its customers in their daily agricultural tasks by means of innovative machines. This also reflects Vogelsang's aims.”
Efficient tillage
Alongside its main functions, such as stubble cultivation, seed bed preparation, reconsolidation, straw distribution, and furrow leveling, the Carrier CRX is now able to work liquid manure into the soil precisely and efficiently thanks to the SynCult equipment set. “With its X-Disc system, small transport width and two-year product warranty – even when used with liquid manure – the Carrier CRX fits perfectly in this extremely demanding segment of professional liquid manure incorporation,” says Christian Puls, Managing Director of Väderstad GmbH.
SynCult consists of an adapter frame, a precision liquid manure distributor, discharge lines and appropriate brackets. Tillage, liquid manure spreading, and liquid manure incorporation can thus be combined into one step, which saves both time and costs.
Product warranty not affected
SynCult can also be customized to fit tillage equipment from other manufacturers. To install it, no welding or drilling is required, and the fastening points for the precision distributor and liquid manure outlet are predetermined. This ensures good work results and the product warranty of the tillage unit.
