For many years Lemken and Stoll have been combining their sales activities in France with a joint sales organisation. With renaming “LEMKEN STOLL France sarl” into “LEMKEN France sarl” and the foundation of Stoll's own sales organisation in France both companies are now going individual paths.
For Lemken the French market is one of the most important sales regions in Europe. Their own sales subsidiary located in St. Jean de Braye near Orléans enables the German farm machinery specialist to concentrate on the commercialisation of their arable farming and plant protection products and to reinforce their position in one of Europe's most important markets for arable crops.
Recently Lemken has taken over all Stoll shares in the former joint subsidiary. Nevertheless Lemken will support their former partner with setting up the new Stoll sales organisation. The current specialists for Stoll products in the joint company will join the Stoll subsidiary in order to provide the new company with the required product-, marketing- and service know-how. LEMKEN France sarl remains importer for Bogballe fertiliser spreaders and Feraboli balers.
Until Stoll's new sales subsidiary will be fully operational in October 2013, all sales and service activities will be carried out as previously by LEMKEN STOLL France sarl. Also at the upcoming SIMA exhibition in Paris, the Stoll product range will be shown at the joint stand of Lemken and Stoll.
