Allrounder -flatline- 900

So far, the machine Allrounder -flatline- was only offered in the working widths 6.00m and 7.50m. On the part of many large companies, however, the demand for larger working widths increased and so led to the new development of the Allrounder -flatline- 900.

The Allrounder -flatline- 900 is designed for extremely precise soil cultivation and the incorporation of difficult organic material, while at the same time providing excellent contour adaptation to the area to be worked.

The Allrounder -flatline- 900 is equipped with four massive front support wheels and a double STS roller for controlling working depth, especially in the very shallow working area. The working depth can be continuously adjusted hydraulically from the tractor seat. This means that the depth can also be adjusted while working. A clearly visible scale shows the working position in which the machine is in operation. In order to guarantee the same working depth over the entire working width of the machine, the Allrounder -flatline- 900 is equipped with a perfect contour adjustment. The side parts of the Allrounder -flatline- 900 can extend up to 4° over and under, so the machine can maintain an even working depth even in hilly terrain. Due to the four widely spaced front support wheels, the relief of the surface is scanned and the Allrounder -flatline- 900 works reliably at the set working depth.

The tines are attached to a total of six bars so that large quantities of organic residues can also be optimally incorporated. The Allrounder -flatline- 900 has a very narrow tine spacing of only 130 mm, but has enough passage for plant residues around each tine. Here, the large overall length of the Allrounder -flatline- 900 proves to be a guarantee for trouble-free work, even under difficult conditions.

Another special feature is the excellent leveling of the worked surface, as the soil stays in the machine for a long time, mixes well with organic material and is then distributed optimally.

The equipment of the machine with double-spring tines as standard, is also new. This ensures compliance with the set working depth and gives the tine even greater stability.

The area of ​​application of the Allrounder -flatline- 900 extends from very shallow soil cultivation, up to 13 cm deep loosening. Various tools are optionally available, such as the reversible points or a goosefoot point with a cutting width up to 220 mm.

The Allrounder -flatline- 900 can be configured with various special equipment for special adjustment to the operation and the work involved. For example with a leading knife roller, a level board, track eradicator or with the small seed drill “Speeddrill”.

Allrounder -classic-

After Köckerling has been successfully offering the cultivator Allrounder for extensive soil cultivation tasks for many years, the "classic" series has been fundamentally revised. At Köckerling, all attached Allrounder machines are called “classic”. The base frame in particular, has been redesigned with a slightly different tine placement and stronger frame material. The machine is now optionally available with hydraulic depth adjustment and many small improvements in handling.

The area of ​​application of the Allrounder -classic- extends from the incorporation of slurry and catch crops, as well as the preparation of the seedbed in early spring, stubble cultivation and mechanical weed control in summer, to the preparation of  seedbed in autumn.

Users of the machine describe the work quality of the machine as very convincing and praise the ease of movement and trouble-free working, even under difficult conditions. The workmanship and ease of use of the new generation of the Allrounder -classic- are also rated as “very good”.

Contemporary, the machine can also be configured for use in ecological farming. The new Allrounder -classic- is also available in a version without roller in order to carry out targeted mechanical weed control precisely. In this case the machine is delivered with large support wheels, a hydraulically adjustable double harrow and goose foot points 220 mm.

The Allrounder -classic- has always been available in a wide range of equipment options in order to be able to configure the machine precisely for the requirements of the farm (e.g. different rollers, following harrows, etc.).

Ultima CS with Speeddrill

As a result to the increased demands of farmers on the sowing technology, Köckerling is now also offering the Ultima CS tine seed drill with an additional small seed drill, called “Speeddrill”. This means that catch crops or fertilizer can be applied at the same time with regular seeds.

The Speeddrill has a tank volume of 400 l and a hydraulically driven metering device that was developed by Köckerling itself. A comfortable control is integrated into the machine display of the Ultima CS and of course ISOBUS capable. The Ultima CS is applied using the single-shot method, means fertilizer and seeds are precisely placed in the soil with the same outlets 

The Speeddrill is available as an option for the Ultima CS 300, 400 and 600 machines. This additional equipment does not change the transport width and height.
