During the last two years, HARDI has developed the COMMANDER trailer series. This has resulted in 37 updates reducing "downtime" and making the spray job easier, simpler and faster for the end user.
HARDI now introduces the complete COMMANDER heavy-duty models, developed for spraying with higher spraying speeds, above 20 km/h on some markets, resulting in better performance and increased overall capacity. The expectations are high for this new product line of trailed sprayers. :

On top of the updates, the general idea has been to keep all the great features in the concept such as the SafeTrack with DEC (DynamicElectronicControl), ensuring an even higher degree of stability at sharp turns, the SIMA awarded filters which automatically shut off liquid from the main tank when being inspected, the air assisted TWIN boom range, the functional design and WorkZone, the reason why the product has been assigned 17 awards since its introduction.
The DynamicFluid4 liquid system receives a SIMA award and three-star EUR News at Agromek
On top of the 17 product awards, the completed COMMANDER line will receive a SIMA 2013 award in Paris and is rated with a three-star news status at Agromek for the DynamicFluid4 liquid system and for the TERRA FORCE boom.
The DynamicFluid4 liquid system is developed in terms of a faster regulation with highest possible accuracy. The new liquid system works with a fast “feed forward” regulation software to deal with all the challenges spraying with AutoSectionControl and forced by tractors with stepless transmissions.
The new ceramic regulation valve is programmed to cope with different driving behaviours and fast speed changes giving the crop the absolute right dosage.
Together with the high precision, the system is built up with 4 sensors which are working as backup for each other. This results in high level of security and built-in reliability.
Faster filling of chemicals
The filling area is renewed, and the induction hopper has been further developed to a TurboFiller type, where a TurboDeflector inside the hopper creates a powerful circulation of the liquid and takes care that all kinds of chemicals are quickly mixed and transferred to the tank.
Intelligent features and integrated electronics – Agromek two star EUR rated news
The controller range exists of the HARDI high-end solutions HC 6500 and the new ISOBUS touch screen terminal HC 9500. Both controllers give a unique control of the primary spraying functions via the GRIP and have a lot of features to make the spraying safe and easy.
TERRA FORCE booms with AutoTerrain up to 42 m – Agromek three- star EUR rated news
Four different booms are offered for the COMMANDER line. DELTA boom with 18 - 28 m, the air assisted TWIN FORCE boom with 18 - 36 m, the FORCE boom with 24 - 36 m and the new TERRA FORCE boom 36 - 42 m.The AutoTerrain feature is optimized to achieve the best stability in all conditions using 6 ultrasonic sensors. Where other boom management systems correct the boom when it is out of position, the AutoTerrain is the only system on the market that controls the boom before it comes out of position.
